吴珍芳以第一完成人获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,全国农牧渔业丰收奖农业技术推广合作奖1项,广东省科学技术奖励一等奖2项,神农中华农业科技奖一等奖1项,科技部认定社会力量奖励大北农科技奖一等奖1项、中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖1项和广东省农业技术推广一等奖3项;作为主要完成人获得国家科技进步奖二等奖1项(排名等8)。2010年入选广东省高等学校“千百十工程”省级培养对象,2014年入选科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”,2015年入选“广东省特支计划”科技创新领军人才,被授予“南粤优秀教师”称号,2016年入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,荣获广东省“五一”劳动奖章,2018年入选国家国务院特殊津贴专家。[2]
