史一安,江苏武进人,中国科学院化学所化学生物学研究中心主任,教授。他曾在美国斯坦福大学获得化学博士学位,并因其发明的史不对称环氧化反应和史氏卡宾而成为国际公认的重要人名。目前,他还担任常州大学自然与合成有机化学研究院院长一职。

史氏环氧化反应(Shi Epoxidation)是华裔化学家史一安所发明的一种不对称环氧化反应。该反应的氧化剂是过一硫酸钾(KHSO5),催化剂是果糖的衍生物。史氏环氧化反应适用范围广泛,反式二取代烯与三取代烯均可作为反应的底物,因此成为有机合成的重要工具之一。
