利强，博士，电子科技大学通信与信息工程学院教授。^[1]2012年7月于香港中文大学电子工程系获博士学位；2013年7月至2013年10月于香港中文大学系统工程与工程管理系担任助理研究员；2011年8月至2012年1月于美国明尼苏达大学电气与计算机工程系访问学者；2012年2月至2013年6月于香港中文大学电子工程系担任助理研究员；
