研究方向

从事结构生物学和结构药理学/三维结构指导理性药物设计研究,研究兴趣主要集中于肿瘤发病机理、耐药机理和靶向性抗癌药物的研发。

主要成就

阐明人表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)激酶区多种突变导致非小细胞肺癌发生或耐药的分子机理;并在此基础上作为主要贡献者之一成功研发了第一个高选择性、低毒性的治疗耐药性肺癌的新药WZ-4002   。近期除对一系列继WZ-4002后开发的抗耐药性肺癌新药先导化合物进行结构药理学研究和改进设计外,也将研究范围从肺癌扩展到了慢性骨髓性白血病肝癌等疾病类型,以及基于小分子化合物的癌症免疫治疗。
