于龙川,是北京大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师,神经生物学实验室负责人。
学习经历
1983年在山东医学院获得医学硕士学位;1987年在北京医科大学获得博士学位;1998年在瑞典Karolinska 研究院获得医学科学博士(Medical Science Doctor);1987-1989年在北京大学做博士后研究。1993-1995和1997-1998年在瑞典Karolinska研究院生理学与药理学系作访问学者;1999-2000年在美国加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)作访问学者。
工作经历
回国后在1996年组建神经生物学实验室,建立了脑内定点给药,细胞外多管微电极记录和给药,膜片钳全细胞记录,免疫组织化学和细胞荧光组织化学,细胞培养,痛觉行为学测量,Morris水迷宫,位置偏爱反应等有关的实验方法。
研究方向
(1)神经肽及其受体在中枢痛觉信息传递和调节中的作用和机制;
(2)阿片类耐受和依赖的神经机制;
(3)学习记忆的神经生物学机制,特别是神经肽及其受体在老年性痴呆(Alzheimer’s Disease)防治中的作用。
科研成果
自1996年以来于龙川教授获得多项国家自然科学基金和教育部博士点基金的资助,自1996年以来在国内发表论文6篇,在国际学术杂志(Pain,Neuroscience, Br. J. Pharmacol., J Neuroscience Research等)上发表科研论文五十余篇,引起国际同行的关注。
