Bird Set Free

《Bird Set Free》（中文名：自由之翼）是澳大利亚歌手Sia的一首歌曲，收录于她的第七张专辑《This Is Acting》中。该歌曲于2015年11月4日作为专辑的第一支宣传单曲发行。这首歌曲最初是为电影《完美音调2》的原声带创作的，但最终未被选用，而是选择了《Flashlight》。随后，Sia将这首歌推荐给了蕾哈娜和阿黛尔，但均被拒绝。最终，这首歌回到了Sia自己的专辑中。

《Bird Set Free》以F小调写成，是一首基于钢琴的力量民谣。歌曲的歌词表达了一种情感上的解放和自我赋权的主题。《滚石》杂志称这首歌“令人振奋”，而《A.V.俱乐部》的亚历克斯·麦考恩则称其为“凯蒂·佩里从未写过的最好的女性赋权合唱曲”。

《Bird Set Free》在2015年11月7日，Sia在《周六夜现场》上的表演中与另一首歌曲《Alive》一起演出。这首歌曲也被用作恐怖电影《浅滩》的片尾曲，并出现在2017年电影《难忘》的片头字幕中。
