博士：中科院昆明植物研究所植物学专业（2002-2006）
1997-2002：中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园，研究实习员。主要从事热带森林土壤养分及水分研究；
2006.01—2006.06： Smithsonian Institution National History Museum合作访问, 主要从事分子实验。
2007年1月-2008年12月，中国科学院青藏高原研究所昆明部工作，助理研究员。
2009年1月至今，中国科学院青藏高原研究所昆明部工作，副研究员。
